Delete your TruckWyze account and data
You may request permanent deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.
- Email truckwyze@gmail.com from the address connected to your account when possible.
- Use the subject Delete my TruckWyze account and include only the account identifier needed to locate the account. Never send a password or verification code.
- We may request limited verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, we will delete or de-identify applicable account data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an active dispute.
Data covered
Account profile, saved truck settings and presets, account-linked trip and expense history, and account-linked community content will be deleted or de-identified as applicable. Information stored only on your device may be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling TruckWyze.
